About
Investicijų Partneriai UAB (IP) is an independent forest manager serving private customers and institutional investors in Lithuania since 2004.
The company was established by Viktorija Tiuleneva and Linas Gegužis. Viktorija, a lawyer by trade, was working at the Swedish law firm Glimstedt, when she was approached by private customers interested in forest investment. Linas, a trained engineer who had been working for Lithuania’s largest telecommunications operator, joined the company from day one.
The founders have been working at IP since then, with Linas responsible for acquisitions and Viktorija for management.

Currently, Investicijų Partneriai UAB manages 20,000 hectares of forest. As the largest Lithuanian-owned forest management company, we provide a full range of services to large and small customers all over the country. We advise on forest valuation, acquisition and management, as well as provide administrative and accounting support in accordance with Lithuanian and EU legislation.
